Back in 2003 when the bookies started cutting my bets I had a decision to make:

    1. Pack in and say, nice one tax-free £10k within the space of a year, job done, OR
    2. Search out other people to whom the same thing had happened, and work out from them the best way of betting through someone else's ID without the bookies picking up on this for at least a year. A secondary benefit in this, by the way, is I got another helping of sign-up bonuses offered to new punters by the bookies.

I achieved objective 2 and only packed in the betting in 2008 or so, having notched up another £60k plus. In my view, if this is important enough to the OP, he or she will find a way. But first find someone else who has already done it successfully. They will be out there, these guys make up their own rules and boot some really successful traders for minimal justification with no right of appeal.

In any case, this doesn't really have anything to do with tax. Sign up under your Mum's name if you want to risk it. If it works, it's not your Mum's income, it's still yours.

But ebay or paypal will inform HRMC about my Mum income. So I will have to pay Tax twice.

I actually thought it may help you, but you are quite correct you don't need help, you just need to learn some manners.

    You're nasty and ungrateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if it is in your Mum's name, you have to remember that tax is due on your profits.

IF Ebay/PP report to HMRC (which I doubt they do), it bears little information to calculate the tax liabilities.

You could always get around it by 'selling' to your Mum and your Mum making no profit. It's really not an issue. Ebay/PP are not HMRC, I doubt they do any reporting, and even if they did, it's not an accurate picture of what is going on. You will need to fill out your own self assessment any way.

Really not that complicated. Your biggest issue is the ban.

    Hello
Thanks to be interesting in my issue. You are absolutely right on this "tax is due on my profits". Also I know Ebay/Paypal they are not a HRMC they not even British company's. After that what you saying is really not complicated.

With my Ban on Ebay/Paypal I already tried to fix it but Ebay saying the same thinks such as Paypal they do not want me use his service. They said I am high risk seller and even without asking me for invoices they said I am selling doggy products.
