Hi
I changed from Virgin to Sky because we were informed it would be cheaper than having Virgin. For the first month it was and now we have received a letter saying that now we have Sky Anytime Plus it will now cost us £82 a month!!!! When we were sold Sky they told us it would be £50.50 per month and that would include everything! I am so angry, I don't want to get rid of Sky because we do like it but we have been really missold and I wouldn't have got if if I'd known this!
Also when we signed up with them they said they were going to send Virgin a cancellation letter. This was on 7th July - Virgin didn't receive one until 4th August, now Virgin want £141!! (as they require 30 days notice) I don't mind paying for what we used but I think Sky should pay the shortfall here.
Am I going overboard or do you think I am right here?
