Im not sure if they tell you this when you first make a claim but it was a while ago so i cant really remember.
Is there a website which gives you all this information?
I know its different for 25 and over compared to any other age group but i just want to know how many stages there are and what each stage includes and also what sort of courses i have to attend to?
