hi i think i spotted another glich
the footcare products are on a 3 for 2 and they do bontanic footcare stuff so buy 2 get one free plus a free moisturiser for each product you buy so buy 2 get 4 free!! didn't try it as i had got the no7 suncare offer plus another bodybar/bodybutter and didn't want to push my luck.
anyone willing to give this a go? let us know

The odd totally obscure question may also sow seeds of doubt that you're mystery shopping and you may get treated better.

Personally, couldn't give a flying fudge what they think!

Quick question! I bought a couple of Danielle Ryman items this morning at the MetroCentre, the total came to £5. I paid with points, but didn't recieve any no7 or haircare vouchers. Is this correct? Are you not entitled to them if you pay with points?
I need more vouchers!!! xxx

One of the Boots stores I visited this morning didn't have any of the No7 sun range either. So I put my basket back and walked out. I wonder if they are hinding this stuff because of the loophole.

No, you are not. I found out last week when I paid with points. Before handing over my basket I asked the SA (a little upstart!) if I would recieve a voucher if I paid with points. He said "yes" However, after the sale went through he handed back my Boots card and no voucher. When I asked him for the voucher. He replied, I'm not giving you one. Another SA poked her nose in and said "you are not entitled to one". The first SA then denied ever saying he'd give me a voucher. He changed his story to: I said "maybe I will give you a voucher" I said I'm contacting CS about you because you lied to me. I did contact them and they gave me 750 points. They also said they have spoken to the store manager about this incident.
Oh, and he was tutting all the way through the sale because I'd bought 2 x Botanics stuff and got 2 creams free.

They dont hand out vouchers when you pay by points:mad:

Also, when i was in the other day [STRIKE]emptying the shelves[/STRIKE] shopping for bargains, the sa forgot to give me the voucher even though she scanned it. I dont think they will believe me somehow if i say the sa didnt give me the voucher. Just realised though, yesterday the sa got so carried away with the bargains i had got, she forgot about the voucher completely and didnt scan it, she just handed it to me. And now ive thrown out the receipt. Oh well. Will stop waffling on now:D

I read up tp page 41 on Wednesday, didn't have time to log on yesterday and then today, I can't believe how much has gone on, page 55 already! I haven't time to read through it all and catch up now as visitors are arriving any minute. I went into Lancaster Boots on Wednesday specially to try and get some bargains - all the 75% shelves were empty - not a thing! Scouted round (was in there ages) found two body bars which I thought were $1, so took them and two serum things to the photo counter (as advised on here), they wouldn't work so that girl said that was because they were serums, they had to be moisturisers. I went back and got two different moisturisers, then tried again - this time a man said they wouldn't work. A queue was forming behind me now and I am blushing so hard but I stood my ground and argued, so he said "right, I will go and check"!

Eventually, I couldn't stand it any more, so I went to find him and the original SA was there with him, telling him that I had tried before and not to let me have them. I argued with them both, saying that I knew it should work with anything.

They gave all sorts of reasons a) it had to be skincare not the body bars or b) it had to be more expensive "we couldn't let you have them for £1 and get that free" or c) you had to buy face cream and get a moisturiser, nothing else would work, etc. I kept pointing out that it said "a Botanics product" whilst they were insisting it wasn't any Botanics product but just skincare,etc. I got so embarrassed that I gave up in the end. I did try again at another counter but no luck there either.

I did buy some other stuff plus topped my phone up for £10 and he didn't even give me a voucher! I assumed that offer must be finished but I don't think it is from the bit I have managed to read! I don't know whether to try and ring the AC line as I never seem to get any help there either. I haven't seen any magazines in the North West, there are no "Change One Thing" pink leaflets anywhere, and I'm despairing! Has anyone any advice please?

Have you tried using the No7 250 points voucher from the bag, when buying the 3 4 1 No7 stuff?
