Awaiting settlement

I complained that I had been mis sold a pension in Aug 2009( Should have paid additional money into my teachers pension scheme ) Complained to FO as Windsor Life were taking so long to investigate. Given £100 compensation and confirmation that I had been mis sold. In Dec 2010 information went to Hazel Carr and am still awaiting settlement. The FO contacted them on my behalf but was told they had a backlog of work , Windsor life contact me every few weeks with apologies but no figures. I have now been retired for 18 months and my husband has just finished work so we need the extra income. Any advice as to my next move as I have run out of ideas
