getting a first mortgage what to concider and how to sort quickly?

Hi all what other fees to i need to concider? legal fees, surveys, and mortgage fees.. anything else?


Is it best to use a broker or do it yourself? Speed is quite important so whats generally faster?

    Costs of moving, costs of replacing locks, furniture, fittings etc. Costs of any work you want to do on the home. Contingency money

    Impossible to answer your other question as it depends on your circumstances and preferences.
    A good broker will do all the chasing of lender/solicitor etc.
