HDMI cable - £1

Hello everyone,

My first post on here, so please be gentle. I have just managed to pick up a 1m Signalex HDMI cable for £1 from Poundland in Birmingham (Kings Heath). This has been posted before but i know stock is hard to come by. They still have plenty on the shelf should anyone need one. I have tested it with my PS3 and can confirm that it works perfectly - full 1080p output. I even did the Pepsi test using another HDMI cable which i have at home that cost me 20 times more and i honestly could not see any difference in the picture quality.

Note, I found that some of these cables have been packaged wrongly. A few packets I saw said SCART cable on the front but actually contain HDMI cables. Look out for this when you are in store.

Same price in my local Tesco store (W4rr1ngton - near photo counter) for 1.8m cable. Picked on eup for my daughters trip to university for her halls.........only for her to tell me she has wifi!

I thought Poundland stopped doing the HDMI cable about a year ago so it's great to see they have started doing it again.

I got one from B&M (2.99) for my daughter at uni ... only to find that her laptop doesn't have HDMI
