The banks are still within their statutory time limit, so they haven't done anything wrong yet. Wait till the 40 days are up, and if you don't receive your statements, send THIS letter.

well, day 40 is 2morrow and still no statements, ive got the letter here just waiting to be posted now
  • I am in the process of sending my final demand letter to the bank to threaten them with court in 7 days, I am at the final stage!! What I did like a fool was make only 2 copies of the charges list and both have been sent to the bank!!! Like an idiot I have no spare copy! When I put the figures in to the calculator again, obviously due to to time they have increased slightly a few pounds. Am I stuck?, and will I to now have to stop without the original charges list, or can i just use the new list and say I have been letting the interest increase with time!!

It's horrible to think such a silly mistake could end my claim? I have all the orginal letters I sent and the totals, just no copy of te original totals list from the calculator

    Please help

When you put in your claim, enter the new figures. This allows for the increased interest. Make at least three copies of this when you do it. You haven't mucked anything up.

It is 40 days straight. Not 40 working days.
