post discharged clean up

i am just going throught he above process. All my accounts are marked as defaulted prior to my bankrupcy as i was on a DMP for many years before, i have sent letters (recorded delivery) to the companies that still show as not settled and am awaiting their response. However, i have two that have been updated as settled but with dates post my discharge. Is it worth chasing these or just live with it? One is shown as 30th june and the other 22 july when they both should be settled on 3rd june. If i leave it whats the worse that can happen? will they just drop off a few weeks later than they would have normally?

On a 'technicality' they are wrong, but the important thing to you is the default date rather than the settled date.

That determines when the 6 years runs from.

If the default date is on or before your BR date, then I I personally wouldn't bother and would just leave it.
