I can't see any mention of this £19 room sale on the website, only £29 unless I am missing something?

From Friday 16th September, until 26th September Premier Inn rooms can be booked online for £19.00 for stays between 23rd September until 29th February.

Booked online, first come first served.

Here are the restrictions:

• Advertised rates are room only inclusive of VAT. “Rooms from £19 offer” is available for stays from 23rd September 2011 - 29th February 2012 inclusive.
• 200,000 rooms at £19 are available at participating hotels as of 16th September 2011, the start date of the offer. 400,000 rooms at £29 are also available
at participating hotels during the offer period, in addition to the 400,000 rooms available at £29 in our Premier Saver offer (in total 800,000 rooms are
available at £29 as of 16th September 2011).
• Bookings must be made online at premierinn.com by the 23:59pm Monday 26th September 2011.
• It is a term of Premier Inn offering you our Winter Sale prices that you may not amend your reservation, and no refund will be offered if you cancel your
booking. Premier Inn recommends that you obtain cancellation insurance in relation to your booking. At sites where pre payment is accepted, payment
for Winter Sale bookings will be taken at the time of booking. Leisure vouchers cannot be accepted as a payment method in this instance.
• A £2 processing fee will be applied if you pay for your room by credit card; there is no charge for paying by debit card.
• Offer is available at selected Premier Inns only and is subject to availability. Please check alternative dates if your selected date is not available.

• This offer can not be used in conjunction with the Whitbread discount card.
