Help wanted to get my clothes smelling fresh

My baby suffers from reflux, so my clothes and hers are constantly getting covered in warm milky vomit !!
The problem is that I just don't think that non-bio powder quite does the trick - even when things are newly washed I still think they have a lingering smell of damp, warm milky sick.
Does anyone have any suggestions or hints that I could try?
I try to wash things as quickly as I can, but as I wait until I have a full load before putting the washing machine on its obviously not possible to just wash everything immediately. I also find that once the milk has dried in, its hard to get the stain out, and things (particularly towels and bibs) have a tendency to go hard and crusty as well. Lovely!
As the medical advice is that we will just have to wait for her to grow out of it, which could be some time, I'm hoping for suggestions that will save my sanity in the meantime.
Thanks

Nappisan also fine - its not a bleach, but works by breaking down enzymes in food and bodily fluids. I've done this when my children were younger and it does work0

Soak them in fresh water til you wash them maybe teeny tiny bit soap powder
then before you put the wash on, put them though a quick rince. Or maybe you could just put them thoguh a rince cycle before put the wash load in.
Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
Other spends (Clothes Luxuries etc)£11.97 + £1.19 + £7.36 + £69.00 + £38.50 + £5.50 + £23.00 +£2.00 = £158.52:shocked::sad:0
