I wanted to make some cupcakes, But iv run out of self raising flour 
. I have plain flour and baking powder can someone confirm if its alright to use both togeather.
And will it give same effect as Self raising flour.

These three recipes all use plain flour, the second recipe looks the best for not needing anything special in the way of ingredients, hth's!
