Well its now Monday and still no news. Seems to be taking longer than I thought. The FirstBuy process was pretty messy, we had to send lots documents and letters as they said we had 'too much' money, realistically it was £400 over budget as it is a gift from parents and this will be used on furnishings anyway, so yeah it was a bit touch and go. Then one of us hadn't signed the reservation form with Taylor Wimpey, so that took extra time again.
So now, I have no idea who has what. The solicitors have been instructed but they haven't been in touch yet, so god knows.0
