Credit Report Lists Overdraft Still

My partner and applied for a skipton mortgage on tuesday and I just decided today to check my credit score - the mortgage advisor said we "passed". I noticed on checkmyfile one of my bank accounts is listed as being £700 overdrawn but at the time of application it was zero - obviously they havent updated the info.

The thing is I dont normally use that account so didnt bother giving him statements for it when doing the affordability. As we have £25k in savings and almost £1k spare a month it seems minor but I am wondering if I should mention it, my concern is it may restart the whole application process for no real reason but equally don't want the underwriter thinking it is odd he has no statements for it.

Also my credit score is listed as 775 which seems a bit low yet there isn't one missed payment listed and I am 30.
