I want to contact Fly London Head Office/Customer Services

Does anyone know a contact e mail or phone number for Fly London (Shoes and Boots) head office or customer services please?

I want to find out if they still make women's boots in size 42. They used to call 42 a size 8 but now if I order a size 8 from anywhere you get a 41. Stockists don't seem to know.

I've worked in shoe shops for 6 years,
and it does vary from brand to brand whether they call a 41 or a 42 an 8

The truth is the Euro sizes do not exactly correlate to English ones and are technically 40=6.5-7 41=7.5 42=8(or slightly larger)

However most companies are calling a 40 a 7 and a 41 an 8 (office shoes now call a 42 a 9 which is very sketchy)

I'm pretty sure Fly london will tell you it's due to a lack of demand unfortunately, its the same with small sizes in shoes or large sizes in high street clothing. These less popular sizes take up just as much room on the stockists shelves and cost the supplier just as much to make as a common size which they could sell 3 times over

Sorry but it is not fly London. Its a website/online stockist of fly London shoes, they sell lots of shoes, hush puppies etc and include fly but this is not fly London just because they sell fly shoes!

I got the Coventry garden e mail from their website and also the e mail for the person it gives as a contact for their Internet stockists but I mailed both 2 weeks ago and neither replied. I didn't see the contact form though so will look again and try that. Thanks.
