Sainsbury's Wafer Thin Meat 70g Packs - small glitch!

Hi, I have just bought 3 70g packs of wafer thin meats (I bought 2 chicken and 1 ham). The offer on the shelf stated 3 for £1.50 and the are individually priced at 75p.

The glitch is that it took off 75p to make it the 3 for £1.50 deal but it also took off a further 50p stating the offer 2 for £1.

I know it's not a huge saving, but I got the 3 packs for £1, I'm happy with that :)

thanks for this, i think this would be an even better saving if you bought 6 packs as the discount for 2 packs would kick in 3 times

i think if i worked it out correctly if you bought 6 you would get them for £1.50
  • Think I'll try 6 at lunch if anyone hasn't already? :)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

I have frozen it in the past, just a bit more water comes out after you defrost, meat doesn't last long in my house now so I just buy when needed. HTH

  • Worked for me too. Took £3.00 discount off, so 6 packs for £1.50, or 25p each. :) Thanks OP. x
