    Not happy! :( My order has been cancelled also.....without being informed. Because I'd read the posts on here thort beta check online to find that it now says cancelled!! :mad: !!!!
  • I ordered the hoody and the waistcoat, like you all I've logged on to find its been cancelled.....yet they have taken the money from my account

    Has everyone else had the payment taken?

  • I just rang them and they said that the item was no longer available from the supplier as of this morning. I pointed out that when I ordered it was 8 days ago and it stated on their site that it was in stock and normally dispatched within 24hours - she said that they'd had too many orders and couldn't supply them all.

    I asked why I hadn't been told and she said I should be getting an email today (how convienient) - at that point there was obviously no pint in arguing so we ended the call.

    Going on the Hut to cancel my account - terrible customer service and I'm not having them spam me with sales blurb that they can't commit to.

    Very disappointed.

    I emailed them about it (says they reply within 24 hours) anyway, 4 days later, they replied with the same excuse, except this was about 4 days ago, lol. I agree, they are terrible and i won't be ordering from them again. Keep seeing threads with offers from them and wanting to say 'avoid as you won't get it!!' but i have resisted :D

    Just sent them this...which is just under their 1000 character limit (in case anyone is interested).


    I placed an order 8 days ago which has not arrived.

    I called your customer service centre today and they told me the item was no longer available and that the order had been cancelled. I asked why I had not been informed and was told that I should receive an email today. I checked the account history and the item was cancelled the day after I ordered it yet still I received no notification.

    I appreciate you may have had to cancel the order due to stock issues, it is unacceptable that you do not communicate these issues with your customers (me) in a timely fashion. I am very disappointed in the service I have received.

    Please accept this message as notice that I wish to close my account. I would also like to request that you remove my details from your systems and specifically including any that are used for marketing. If you have passed my details on to any 3rd parties, please further this request onto them and also advise me of who you have passed this information to.
