Can anyone offer any comments on my shortlist?

Which would you go for? I need a small double, it's for a 4 year old and I want him to sleep really well. I often end up in with him too.

Beds are a personal thing and you really need to try before you buy IMO

I think that bed number 1 from the mattress gurru is the best value and spec,pocket springs,latex,memory foam.
