    Charged £5.91
    SEL price £4
    Overcharge £1.91
    DTD £3.82
Final price = price paid - DTD
    Final price = £5.91 - £3.82 = £2.09

I know you are going to think I am really stupid but it's my first time on here - what do SEL and DTD stand for? x

Does anyone know what sainsbury's policy id for overcharging ..bought 2 notebooks yesterday on shelf sticker said £1-49 but i was charged £2-99 for each had brought it to assistants attention but she sais as i went through self service sh'd have to charge full price and go to customer service for refund

Sainsbury's just refund the overcharge so you'd be refunded 2x £1.50

the women on self scan should taken them off your bill and got someone to take to down to CS to be put through at the correct price.

we used to be able to put things through as a 'department sale' on self scan(& normal till) but no longer allowed to do this due to stock control.
