I would suggest keeping you debit card in a sealed envelope and write things on the envelope that'll really make you think twice about using it!

I often get the urge to treat myself for doing well, I have found that getting to see free films at the cinema courtesy of https://www.seefilmfirst.com is a real treat, I take my own snacks to make sure I don't spend when I get there.
You will find lots of film codes on the freebies-no spend required thread (cinema tickets)
Keep an eye on the freebies board too, I often get little free treats through the post which satisfies my craving for 'things'
Climb on back up, there's always room on the wagon!

Good start to climbing back on the wagon. Have just prepared a lovely tea for me and hubby from the contents of the cupboard (no spend today). Going to have it later and watch a film (which a friend borrowed me). Also i bought a winter coat last week as i work in the community and was freezing getting in and out of car. Have not been back to work yes so have not taken tags off. On searching through discount codes i found a 15% and free devlivery for the same coat so have ordered it. I will walk across on monday and take the other coat back. I know its only a small saving but its a start!
