  • Website is driving me crazy!!

Ive managed to add the bits I want to my basket but the 25% discount on the items has been cancelled out by the 3 for 2 offer. Does anyone know if I will have to pay full price for the items in store or do they honour the reduced price?

    Thanks

  • I'm wondering the same thing Jellybean, or if it would be better to order online. If I added internet only things, will they def take off delivery charge?
  • I got sick of it kicking me off the site so I went into store instead at 10am this morning.

I went after the matchbox stuff as it was showing as on offer at 25% off on the website and 3 for 2 - could not reserve as kicking me out - when I put the item codes into the quick buy thing the prices had all gone up so please be aware of this, you will get charged more when you go into store.

I think they were working on the site this morning because all of the old offer prices were showing, however, i did get a £50 hot wheels set, that was reduced to half price, free as it was only £24.99. Some of the bits I only added because they were free so I left those as well - 1 item was sold out and I did not 'need' everything else. I may well go back for the Hot wheels wall racers though.

I have to say that Argos was dead quiet, only 2 other people in there and they were not buying toys. I am almost done so now I would actually be buying stuff for the sake of it so I am not going to bother with anything else. I'll find out what DD wants as her main present, otherwise, Xmas and birthdays are done for me now. Hurrah.

Will it rank stuff in order or if I get 6 toys will it just take off the 2 cheapest? If so I'm probably better doing 2 transactions aren't I!!! This gets so complicated, but love bargain toys this time of year, got both my boys birthdays coming up as well as Christmas!!

no need to i got 2 lego boxes, a train and 12 lego men in one order and i got 5 things free. i used diffident reserve numbers in one payment and they gave me the £29.99 train and 4 lego figers free.
  • People need to check their basket isn't the same price on amazon without the offer.

Just added Lego police boat, Peppa Pig and Transformer, same price on amazon, with free shipping and no website problems ;)
  • grrr, chrome is only showing 2 items instead of the full list
