    They are not spammy but the comps and freebies they promote can be. If you are careful they do list the odd good freebie too go in for and a few give away's of their own but yeh can see y they would be blocked. Some of the things they post need u to sign up to mailing lists and dodgy deals lol. I have followed quite a few and gone nah not putting my details in there lol x
