I got through but it took ages - I was constantly pressing redial. It sounds really really busy though in the background so if you get through to dialling stay on the line even if it rings for ages.

I got through too at about 9.05 so hopefully should be nice (well all lush is nice). Didnt want to stump up for next day delivery so I guess I'll find out next week what it is.

Keep trying - I just got through after using redial for about 5 mins. Seems like they're giving away free soap plus £10 extra stuff:T

I ordered just now (1:45) and had no probs getting through. I ordered £28 worth of products and the nice person on the phone said if I spent another £2 I would get 2 lots of free goodies as you get some for each £15 you spend!!!
She also said I get a free soap of my choice as well as the other freebies!!

I can't wait to recieve them now!!!!!

great shop but i just have to walk past it to sneeze like a mad women i would love to enter the shop one day as i love all that stuff but i can imagine it now i would prob sneeze all the stock outta the shop!
