Morning All,I'm afraid your going to have to wait for the cup of tea,the cast and the tile's in the kitchen don't get on,and it's a rigth pain trying to get up off the floor with a cast on,but I'll gladly have a slice of toast HL.

Hope you are doing okay boult - is the leg less painful with the pot on? Now don't you go doing too much - you need to be spending your time sitting down - do you have a good book you can read? or a sitting down sort of hobby?
