Tixy explains on page 1 of this thread too. Its been proven not many Newcomers read the stickies first but will read a thread moving up and down the board.......the NTN thread part 10 had over 83,605 views. Eventually when newcomers are settled that's when they read most stickies.

OK, put it up as a sticky as well, belt and braces, huh? It IS an important message. I only read Page 1 but would add that "TROLLS" not only include unpleasant idiots, but also people from the debt collection agencies, parking companies, etc, posing as members to try to undermine us.....
