I'm dieting too (do folk know about Erme diets? 1000 cals is like not allowed....anything above 1000cals is the antichrist :rotfl:)...and discovered (don't know how) that an egg white omelette is only 17 cals....Yay...think I'll have that for 2 meals today...just got to remember my water I've been neglecting
