I'm lousy with the gastritis...

I'm sure it's gastritis so no point in phoning the out of hours...

I'm on omeprazole but every time I drink coffee I feel pants...nauseous and what not..

And so scared of the conspiracy and so tired with everything I didn't make kirk this am.....
