Okay I spent xmas afternoon throwing my guts up on the lav.... :beer: (actually not beer induced...more like gastritis) and like now SC is stressing me out (just another acronym for my sister :rotfl:)...

She goes back today ...joy of joys...

So roll on Thursday when I can properly escape ...though I fear an admission coming up and the very minimum another 7lbs lost LOL
