Morning everyone, hope you're all OK today. It's Friday so definitely time for a wiggle.

HM - hope you enjoy the Xmas do and that the heating is sorted quickly, it's not much fun working in freezing cold conditions:(

boult - how's the leg doing in all this cold and wet weather?

If - hope you've recovered from your shopping trip yesterday?

Tuna and mayo jacket pots, boult, not sure about the added spam though... Pleased the leg is getting better, it's going to ache for a while but at least it gives you an excuse to put your feet up and let OH take charge:D
