I signed up with Noddle and went through the same process, and although it looked as though the system was charging £12, the payment was never taken from my card. The e-mail from Noddle about signing up forewarns you about this.
I'd recommend contacting the customer care e-mail provided on their website and asking - they've been very helpful when I've contacted them previously.I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0 -
thanks a lot, so there was no payment taken, once i pressed confirm it was too late to retract
is it worth calling or will it just not be taken0 -
If you signed up using the referral link in the noddle email, then they shouldn't take the £12.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Carefully re-read the e-mail Noddle sent.
See if the funds have been "reserved" by your bank (i.e. the "available balance" on the account has reduced by £12) and wait 2 working days to see if the payment goes. If not I wouldn't worry.I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0
