Has anyone had dealings with this company. My son apparently applied for a loan with them 6 months ago. A couple of weeks ago £67.50 was taken out of his bank account as a 'membership' fee by these people. Wehn we finally spoke to someone we were advised of the date and time when he had applied on-line. I know he must have given the bank details as they took it as a debit card transaction, but he certainly hasnt been given a loan by any of the companies which they say they have arranged for him. On speaking to one of their staff he was told he could write in and 'cancel his membership' but hadn't got round to doing this - Mum was going to find out the wording for the letter. In the mantime, a letter has come to say we have taken £67.50 from your account etc etc and welcoming him to the membership. I know in the past people have provided templates of letters on the forum and wonder if anyone has any advice. Many thanks.
