Found this site last night http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/magic-sauce-recipe.html and this recipe for Magic Sauce, so made some up this morning and will be giving it a try in a couple of days. Thought i would share it and hope a few of you give it a try:p

Does look nice. I add chopped chorizo to just about anything I cook - that really enhances the flavour of just about any casserole or risotto, omelette etc. I think the ingredients are probably quite similar - paprika, garlic and herbs. When you fry it gently the oil that comes out is a lovely golden red same as in the photoIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0
