They're ok but I got a similar thing a few years ago and after the initial novelty of using it, it ended up at the back of the cupboard like most of these 'gadgets' do :rotfl:

We also have one of these, Good valve for the price but beware of the mess as this only pops about half of the kernels and the rest un-poped either get scattered aound the kitchen or ends up in the bowl!

Lovely - bought 3 - one for me and two for Xmas presents.

These are a good price and when you have a halogen hob are invaluable if you eat a lot of popcorn which we do, you can only get a good pop on gas unfortunately.

we were given one of these last christmas... it burnt out the first time we used it and when returned they said that happens a lot so be careful... x:cool:
