My challenge is now official (if I can get this sig thing to work) Thanks to all of you for keeping me going this past 7 months or so. I have to repay this money to myself, one day in the distant future I might want to own a house again, although even mortgages leave me cold at the moment, I had a nasty interest only mortgage which was crippling me, the thought of all of that money being paid in interest scares me, so I might just keep saving till I can buy the house without the bank... well, a girl's gotta have a goal!

    Congratulations Toto.

Good for you having another goal though and for repaying yourself. Hopefully this will keep you focussed and you will not be back at square 1 again in the future.

    Really pleased for you!

    Hi Toto
I love your concept of debt to yourself - I am slowly waking up to this idea, and I think I'm going to be using it myself, tho not as drastically as you, when I've worked out a strict budget.

Well done - I don't think you've taken an easy road at all, *look* at the amount you're going to be saving each month!
