1. This free Prize Draw is open to all entrants in all countries, except employees and their familes of KIDSEN and their agencies or other companies having any connection with the administration of the competition.

2. This promotion will feature on KIDSEN's Facebook page - under the Sweepstakes Tab. This promotion will begin on Monday 12th September 2011 and will finish at 12:00pm GMT on Monday 26th September 2011. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

3. The Prize Draw will take place no later than 30th September 2011. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be the first entry selected at random by a member of the KIDSEN team. The winner will be contacted directly within 72 hours of the draw date. If you are chosen as the winner you will need to tell us your postal address in order for the prize to be sent to you. If a winner is unable to be contacted after 21 days or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at KIDSEN's discretion.

4. The prize is an Oskar and Ellen Bird House.

5. Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. KIDSEN accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, or other correspondence related to the prize.

7. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.

11. The names of the winner will be published on the KIDSEN Facebook page, the KIDSEN blog and the KIDSEN.co.uk website.

12. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw.

13. KIDSEN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. KIDSEN reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

15. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
