  • It depends if your currently bankrupt or discharged, if your not discharged and borrowing more than £500 you need to declare to the people you are borrowing money off that your Bankrupt this is your legal duty, if your discharged and are paying out of your allowance I cant see it been a problem, but if the care is worth more than £2000 I dont know if the or will have an intrest in it if your discharged, Im unsure,
  • well done on getting it. which finance company accepted you ?
  • BUMP for any more advice?

  • would of been nice giving further info on this matter
  • sorry guys not been on been busy at work
first response finance was the company u get ure own under writer who was very easy to deal with
  • have you been discharged then, and if so when. would have thought near on impossible to have finance as a recent discharge and def as a undischarged.

there are companies who will secure the loan to the car like yes car finance etc, they charge a lot more for the deal but you get a car. Also I think there are companies like welcome who offer log book loans (they own the car until the loan is paid back)
If you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j
