Ex-Pat pension

I am a UK EX-PAT living in the Cayman Islands.
I left the UK 10 years ago and have a deferred pension from my last job....13 years worth...stuck in the UK.
I want to get that money working better for me.....what are my options as far as transferring it to an offshore fund?

It should be straightforward to transfer to a Cayman Islands pension plan providing you can get it recognised as a QROPS:

Thanks for the link.
I checked it out but one of the stipulations to get a scheme qualified is that it must "be subject to taxation".
Well we are tax free ie no direct taxation....so I guess that won't work.
What are my other options?0 -

Is this a final salary ( defined benefit) pension or a money purchase (defined contribution) pension?Trying to keep it simple...

Subject to taxation is fine, the income you earn is subject to taxation but it just so happens there is none.0
