Here we go, Lenders starting to increase rates

First emails dropping into the mailbox to let us know that the rates or application fees have gone up, some only giving a few days notice and the changes kicking in on Monday for some Lenders already. Ouch!

Barclays seem to have increased there rate going by the deals on there site.
BBC reports nationwide have increased theres as well,
any others?If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
