As I said in two posts before yours, it's for a tinted moisturiser. 'BB' seems to stand for 'Ban Blemishes' and apparently this is the new big thing. Here's a review:

BB cream stands for Blemish Balm and has been a big thing in South Asia for years now. It's sort of an all-in-one product - base, primer, moisturiser, foundation, spf etc. The Garnier one is pretty dreadful though and nothing like the South Korean ones which actually do what they're supposed to and aren't orange! Would highly recommend a search on ebay for a proper one as the shades are much more skinlike!0
