Step One

Hi Guys,

Ive been reading the forum for a few weeks now, I had my councilling session with the CCCS, opened up a basic bank account and have arranged myself a Debt Managment Plan to tackle my defecit income, hey if the goverment can do it why cant I???

I need to send welcome finance a letter, as part of my advice i got from citizens advice they informed me that the CCA i signed with them is incorrect and seems uneforcable and to challenge it, so I plan to.

On the CCA there is no interest or payment information and it is not signed by them, im hoping this will take 4k of debt off my total, is there a template letter I could use???

Thanks xxxxx:T
