looking for a new tracker deal, my critera as below;
10 years remaining
53k outstanding
no missed payements
ideal looking for a tracker, and avoiding set up fees, or would consider a fixed rate.
to date the hsbc life time tracker special looks good, does anyone know of any better.

Providing you meet their lending criteria hard to beat.
