Odd question about wedding breakfast and then nightime bit

Firstly we are getting married in August 2013 so still have a little bit of way to go yet.
We plan to get married in Manchester Town Hall at around 1pm. We then plan to go to Worsley Court House to have a sit down meal with the 50 guests who are coming to the ceremony.
So after the sit down meal etc the rest of the guests who have not been invited to the ceremony and meal (prob another 50 guests or so) will prob be advised to turn up about 7pm or so.
My question is , we would have the room set up with tables and chairs for the wedding breakfast during the day time. when exactly would we be meant to re-arrange the tables to make room for the nightime party? and how do you get the original 50 who coming from the ceremony to move so this can be done?
odd question but i know you people will help out

If the venue have ever done weddings before they'll sort you out no worries - theyre used to doing that sort of thing
They may well have some other room people can move to while they re-set the main room, but in any case I'd be surprised if it was a big problem. People will drift over out the way, head to the bar etc as they see staff moving things round. My OH does DJing and we've turned up at weddings setting up his gear and there's been us bringing gear through, staff moving tables, all sorts going on to get things ready for the evening...guests just wander round chatting and drinking and don't pay mmuch attention at all. You'll be fine
We were also advised by our evening venue that people rarely turn up at the start time for the evening unless really asked to...ours starts at 7.30 but general feeling is that people will most likely arrive more like 8-8.30. We've actually made a point of asking poeple to be there fairly promptly (inlcuding the daytime ones who may pop back to their hotel) as our first dance is at 80 -
The venue will ask the guests to move to another area like outside or the bar so they can turn over the room , and get the DJ/Band in to set up. Takes about 30-45 mins generally.0
