    I wouldn't bother with them, they hold no legal standing in the UK anyway and are not enforced by the courts.

    If you really want something that may stand up in court then you should talk to a solicitor rather than downloading a document off the web.
  • Pre nups mean nowt in the UK when at court - If you are buying a house get it as tennants in common instead of joint tennants - ask solicitor why this is better or look on the net and make a Will...
