To celebrate the release of the 40th anniversary DVD edition of Belle de Jour on January 22, one GLAMOUR.COM reader will win a spa break for two at one of the luxurious Champneys resorts.
Belle de Jour, an elegant masterpiece directed by Luis Buñuel, stars screen icon Catherine Deneuve as the beautiful unfulfilled wife of a surgeon who takes a day-job in a brothel.
