Ha ha letter tennis, think I will just ignore them, and next time I get a letter just post it back to them, it's their postal cost.

Wow unbelievable, after first posting this 4 years ago, these Cabot scum have once again raised their ugly heads and taken £100 from my girlfriends account with no prior warning, it states first payment to Cabot on her online statement, how have they done this, is this not theft. Any help appreciated as this has now went to a new level where companies can apparantly just dip into peoples accounts as they please and steal their money.

Unauthorised. But, yes this is the thing to do.Complain to the bank and demand that they reverse it as it was an authorised payment.
