Extras stock stationery year-round, so no reductions. All other stores are reducing their 'back to school' ranges to clear. No idea what's going on with the OP's store, though.:money:I'm not a friend of Martin's, I AM Martin. Just not THAT Martin. :money:0

No luck at Durham or Bishop Auckland, but Sainsburys in Darlington has them for £1.19 not as cheap but still a good price. There were a dozen or so left this morning.0

I popped into my nearest Tesco metro today (within walking distance, but which I hardly ever go to as it is so small that they rarely stock any grabbit offer there) and was surprised to find 3 Pukka jotta pads hidden under a cardboard box on the reduced shelf. Feeling pleased with myself, I took out my money ready to pay and was shocked to see it go through the checkout as 3 * £3.60, making it £10.80 .
“Oh, I thought these were 45p each, they’re that price at the other Tesco metro but are sold out.” I said to the friendly cashier.
She laughed and said it was funny that I had said this as another customer had said that to her as well yesterday so she had rushed off to the local Tesco Extra after work but all the pads were full price.
So Tesco employees are after these pads too because I also went to the same Tesco Extra last Tuesday and saw another employee from my other local metro at the pricechecker scanning the Pukka pads in her basket :rotfl:.
Oh, something to look out for – I noticed today that Sainsburys are stocking new Pukka project pads (A4 and A5 sizes) with 250 pages instead of the old 200 pages, so Tesco Extras may clear out any old stock in the coming weeks.0
