Is this effectively an offset mortgage where you can overpay on demand?

Do I also read this right that this is 2.2% for the first two years? If so that has to be one of the best mortgage deals going

I only need a mortgage for two years and expect to have paid it off / have enough savings to repay the mortgage in full

2.79% not 2.2%.

If SVR changes in the 2 year period then the same increase or decrease will be applied to the discount product.

I read it as 2.79%, it's 2.2% discount off their SVR of 4.99%. No product or valuation fees though!

Thanks - And they allow unlimited overpayments?

Is that right?

Can I go with a broker or do I need to go direct?
