Yep, I've done plenty of wishing my life away! I totally understand what you mean. It's hard to 'live for today' when you're shivering under a blanket not able to afford the heating ...0 -

I know what you mean, right now Ive got the thickest ever cardigan on so that I dont have to switch the radiators on to warm me up.
But your post and other peoples posts spur me on much more than anyone realises and now when I think of that finished day a huge smile comes on my face and yes even a bit teary,at last Ive got my act together and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Well done and thank you.x:T0 -
Well, why not take up the 0% offers? And transfer debt on which you are paying interest?Lois_and_CK wrote: »But now the creditors are circling again - and this time they can't wait to "help" me. As I clear a card, they want to increase my credit limit or they want to offer me 0% on balance transfers. As I finish paying off a loan, they're offering me more loans, or mortgage products. These same b*****ds who wouldn't have spat on me a couple of years ago are suddenly falling over themselves to keep this mug who made them a whole heap of money in interest.
I can't tell you how much I enjoy shredding their offers and writing to them to close my accounts
