I have no idea even 'if' you went wrong... That recipe just looks plain horrible! Sorry!Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!

I must be weird, coz it sounds good to me !:rotfl: But then I have made salted lemons (very similar but without the spices and oil), and I love the lime pickle you get in indian restaurants. I guess this will be sour and salty, I would chop them up and mix them into a bit of mango chutney to give them a sweet edge to balance the flavours.Think big thoughts but relish small pleasures0

Memory Girl is still here I think she had to re-register under the way I've spelt it - only reason I know is I lurk on the debt free diaries when I'm needing inspiration
