Well they have issued the refund which I won't get until Thursday.
My husbands work have given him a loan which they deduct at 5% of his wage per month to see us through with no interest. So we can now buy food.0 -
What about a crisis loan? I don't know if you have to be claiming benefits already to get one, but it doesn't say not in here: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/BenefitsTaxCreditsAndOtherSupport/On_a_low_income/DG_100188560

I have rang them about a crisis loan but we have to apply by form which they said can take a week and not over the phone?!
Money not in my account as of yet.. they said it should be there tomorrow by 12:16pm which is the same time they issued a refund.
However it has me thinking, what kind of payment has been made for it to be that precise?
Bacs would clear on the thursday as husband wages are done by bacs on a tuesday and clear on a friday.. so it can't be bacs so now I am utterly confused?0
